Just got these from a friend for 20 bucks. Any info?

A friend that collects antiques brought these into work for me because he knew I liked flashlights. Does anyone here know anything about them? I handed him a $20 bill and figured I’d put them up on a shelf display. Zebralight sc65c hi for scale.
