I'm taking my M21A UV out again. Last time I learned that it scares every duck within a 200m radius (so I have to choose a different path). I wasn't even shining it at them—I didn't even know they were there—I was just shining it on the path in front of me.

I wear plastic prescription lenses (the ones that get dark in the sun), so I already have UV protection. However, I am paranoid. I bought myself these 3M™ Safety Overspectacles 2800 Series:https://www.3m.com/3M/en_LB/p/d/b00035041/

I'm using them for extra protection since they are bigger than my glasses and offer more coverage for my brow, sides, and cheeks. They cover more area than my prescription ones, but there are still some open spaces; they are not flush to my face.

Will those be enough for a 1-2 hour walk in the forest with the M21A UV? Or do I need to wear these ones instead:https://www.3m.com/3M/en_LB/p/dc/v000077369/

As I said, I'm shining the light in front of me, not at myself, but I am worried about backscatter and reflections.
