Shirogorov F95 – easy contender for the best action of any knife I own, it's so smooth and controlled/predictable. It's on bearings but almost feels like washers.
Herman Ishtar – this one has a really unique sound, a twangy thunk I guess. It's a cool sound without design gimmicks.
Demko AD20 – the Shark Lock is just fun on such a heavy duty build.
