Hey ya'll i just got my pre-ordered skelly strix dlc w/ windy damascus yesterday,and the blade had some scratches on it (pictures attached).
I tried wiping them off with a microfiber cloth thinking it was just smudging or something, but they persist .
I reached out to Greg about it and he responded saying I could get a spa for $100 but it would cost additional $100 for damascus refinishing since warranty doesn't cover scratches (even if they're out the box?). Which I thought was ridiculous.
Would you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Should I just keep it as is? Or should I just return it for a refund?
