The Sage 4 is my humble submission to the interesting question of ‘what’s the best Spyderco ever made?’
The Sage platform is ergonomic in hand, pocketable, and a great size for most EDC uses.
The Sage 4 is impeccably crafted. My example is equal if not superior to most full customs I’ve handled. It’s a total gem, and it would be great to see Spyderco use different (more economical?) handle materials if the cost of manufacture of this model has become prohibitive.
