I put an SST-20 DR 660nm Red into a Wurkkos WK03 that had a 519a (stock 3535 mcpcb is a direct reflow swap). Changed the clear Tir to a 20mm 30° beaded Tir from Convoy (also a direct swap).
The light is a gift for a Ski buddy that has knee pain.
The medium mode does not get hot. I use the same light directly against my body for sore leg and back muscles.
The light has USB-C charging and a button light that lets the user know when to charge the included battery.. Muggle friendly.
The only caveat is to use physical lockout if the light goes in a bag or pocket, due to the raised button.

Nice build. I just a Convoy C8+ with a SST-20 LED.
What nm range? Im aware of UV having one or another better application, but recently discovered Red is selective, too.
