had this Leatherman Rev from the Christmas sale at Home Depot sometime ago, and I have to say, until I realized you could do this, it just sat around collecting dust. It's as simple as removing the plier head. Then, I threw the flat and Philips heads in the space where the pliers head sat. Then screw all back into place. That's it I kepmall spacers and even the pocket clip in the same position. Only things I would and might still change are shrink tubing on the pocket clip and a thumb push for the blade.
