This has me thinking. What company do you recommend based on their warranty policy alone? I know Olight is often laughed at for being the Apple of flashlight brands, but they fully replaced my flashlight with an upgraded version because they discontinued the light I had.
Reminds me of every company in China every-time they either send the wrong thing, say they accept returns or the thing breaks too soon. I used to say I don’t care where my stuff is made, but the pattern is too clear and I’m done ordering from them.
The only one who honored the warranty in my experience with flashlights…was Simon the owner of Convoy.
