Was hesitant to get this Asher Lil Biddy because I read S90V is difficult to sharpen, and sharpening on a stone is a newly aquired skill. The top of the blade chipped out pretty bad when I accidentally smacked it into a granite countertop; but it sharpened up to razor level very easily on a diamond stone. I wanted to get this knife in 3V, but it was not available.
So, what are your thoughts on S90V? 🤔
