Hi all! Hoping to hear from anyone who has also experienced, or knows about some of these issues đ€âŠ about a week ago, I got the âPowertrain Malfunction, service carâ code, paired with 1-Pedal fault. The car was charged to 80% overnight, upon starting, no codes.
I took still took the car into service the next day, and their test drive concluded that there is no imminent risk because they see no codes; but I had the option for a full diagnosis. Problem is that they have no loaners available, and itâs about 3-4 weeks to even be diagnosed, let alone repaired.
It stayed calm for the rest of that weekâ these last two days I havenât gotten a Powertrain alert, only the 1-Pedal fault, and one about AdvanceTrac. They both went away after the car was turned on and off, but the fact that itâs happened twice, and again is concerning me.
Iâll just be dropping it off for service at the earliest (two days)⊠but before I do thatâI would love to hear from anyone whoâs had these issues or knows about them!

No other ford dealerships? We have 2 in my area. If one doesnât have time the other does. 3-4 weeks out is insane.
Contact Ford and complain too. Itâs ridiculous that dealerships donât have loaner vehicles. Itâs like the latest version of shrinkflation.
Was the power ever actually reduced? Like you couldnât use full power? Iâve gotten a lot of error codes for my 2023 and theyâve had to replaced a lot. Everything from a battery module to the gear shifter to the 12 volt battery. If this dealership isnât helping I would take it to another one. The 12 volt caused me a lot of issues and would have all the different alerts pop up at the same time. Hopefully they find a fix and resolve it for you!
Definitely concerning to see a 25 throwing codes, usually see the earlier years with issues.
Assuming normal driving before the codes appeared?
Anything that might have triggered then? Towing, road trips, DC fast charging?
