Didn’t realize how much I’d love the ability to remote start my truck to let it warm up in the mornings when it’s cold outside. But I freaking love this thing.

Being able to crank my truck from the app to cool it off before I even leave the gym has been great. Will definitely do the same for the heat as cooler weather approaches.
The scheduled remote start was something I hadn’t even considered to be useful until last week. Had to get to the airport by 445am, truck parked outside and weather said frost overnight.
Scheduled the truck to start a few minutes after we woke up so it would defrost and be ready to hop on the highway. Worked great.
Probably not something I’ll use often, but a nice feature.
Most other manufacturers want $$ after a year. It pissed me off so much I traded in my Tundra for my Maverick. Best decision I ever made (transportation-wise). When asked “How do you like it” I always give the same answer. I love it!
I’ve used the app once, and that was to record an oil change I did myself, I haven’t touched it since. I wish I could use it as a key though, so I wouldn’t have to bring that HUGE fob with me all the time.
I’m a Ford Technician and Shop Foreman of 45 techs and honestly app based remote start is the #1 feature for me. Fuck all the rest 😂 If it broke and I couldn’t fix it I’d trade my Maverick in for one with app based remote start. I love it that much.
I’m very routine-based, and the scheduled remote start is such an incredible feature. Not only can I pre-start to warm up the hybrid system but getting in my truck this morning on our first 30 degree day and it being comfortable without me doing anything is invaluable.
