If there’s frame damage, or if the airbags are deployed, good chance that it is. If neither, probably a borderline TL from what I can see in the pic.
Take airbags out they usually sell for 1k used if not opened. Try to take as much out as possible to sell. It won’t make all your money back but some is better than none
