Valve covers leaking oil, currently hearing an intermittent chirp from the engine and intermittent misfire, rough/slow idle after long distances. Wish me luck! Never done valve covers and there’s so many things on top of this engine lol

If this is on a 3.0, you need RTV for where the cylinder head meets the intake manifold / timing cover edges.
Its the broad portion on the gasket. Also, you might consider getting new spark plug clips. They get fragile and you will more than likely break one or two of them.
Anyone have reviews on NGK brand?
