I recently started buying a few EDC items to carry with me at work, I am a plant fitter/machinist at a timber mill in Western Australia.
The Olight ark pro is my most recent addition,I find the laser super useful for explaining jobs or pointing out faults to engineers or operators.
Milwaukee marker pen.
Ball point pen.
Extendable magnet on a stick.
Gerber truss.

How about a retractable Sharpie in place of the Milwaukee? Caps are irritating.
I find those milwaukee pens last much longer than original sharpies
