Hey r/EDC, long-time lurker here. Over the past year I've designed and tested a few different rolling cases, but they always ended up feeling too boxy, wasting space, or poking into my leg.
Tired of the compromises, I took all my previous experience and completely re-engineered the concept from scratch to achieve a genuinely clean, seamless daily carry.
This new version keeps my pocket organized by holding tobacco, papers and 12 filters in a minimal space. The paper and filter compartments feature specially designed angled/raised edges to prevent them from spilling out accidentally when opened

Dope design, I would definitely get an “odor proof” one forsure.

Look up “Zig Zag Automatic Rolling Box”
It’s a little larger than your setup, and it’s curved so it fits in your pocket. It rolls one when you close the box.
I gave one to my friend in college because his hand rolled cigs always looked like joints and I didn’t want him to get hassled.
A 3D printed insert organizer would be a great addition.
