How do I preload the torsion bar on this 2004 4WD Toyota Hilux?
I've changed the lower control arm and the upper control arm. I went to lower the jack and the vehicle tilted severely.
So I've jacked the car back up, took the torsion bar out to see if I could move the splines across. However, there is only one main spline in the front and the back. So something's telling me I've got to change maybe the positioning of the lower control arm and push it down, which means I have to disconnect the shock absorber, which was a pain to get in the first place.
Help me!!
