Sadly discovered this crack under my 3500 dually. If it's the bushing can I get away with just replacing the bushing and not the whole leaf spring? Or should I just go ahead and replace both rear leaf springs?

Replace the spring
That is most definitely broken. Time to replace it and I highly recommend if you do one side you do the other at the same time. Otherwise there is a good chance you’ll ride like crap because the spring rates won’t be the same.
You can replace the bushing at the same time you replace the spring.
The bushing is underneath that cracked leaf spring.
Time to replace, do both sides.
