I feel like I’m missing something. Why is it so cheap? Is there some hidden reason I shouldn’t make myself a leather sheath and use this for light duty EDC?
It’s a chef paring knife, I guess you could use for EDC but it won’t come with a sheath.

Paring knives are common edc knives. Ed calderon made it popular but he learned it from his mother. A usual paring knife like the victorinox is about $10 so this one is pricey.
Comes with a little kitchen sleeve. Not recommended for EDC unless you get some kind of aftermarket sheath. I enjoy it as a kitchen knife. Not doing anything special or revolutionary. Just a decent knife.
