I took this knife apart cleaned and oiled to see if the blade could be better centered. But then realized its the liner lock that is pushing the blade to the side. Loosening some screws kinda helped but then made the blade wiggle a bit. Not sure how to correct this. Any suggestions welcomed. Thx!

Looks like poor QA to me, id send it back if you can
This looks like a complicated construction where you can’t really put the scales on until you tighten the screws on the frame. But I suggest you do something like this: loosen all screws, then fold the blade into the frame, then tighten the screws.
Edit: you can also rotate the stop pin a little bit if you think it’s slightly asymmetrical
