I feel like 20CV has to be the most underrated EDC steel with excellent edge retention good corrosion resistance and toughness. It says its harder to sharpen but I can get it hair popping sharp on a basic Lansky set up 🤷♂️

Its the same as M390, just different companies making it.
So while 20cv may be less common, you can get the same attributes just from getting a M390 knife, which is fairly common
