Pakimascus deluxe. Made in Pakistani forges from scrap metal, poorly heat treated, and often containing lead. Likely will not hold an edge, and not food safe. Worth about $20-ish at most.
Edit: Often sold at flea markets and gun/knife shows as “custom” made pieces.

Anybody making good damascus to sell is going to have a maker’s mark.
Anybody selling this as a real quality knife is a thief.
