What’s up everyone!

I started cleaning my first knife I bought in 2011-12, and it’s coming along nicely!

One thing I’ve noticed is it is duller than a spoon lol

What is everyone using for sharpening? I am all in to learn the best way or fastest way or never do’s. Starting to get back into knives again so I appreciate any insight

I just use diamond stones for everything because they cut any steel and stay flat on top of not being very messy. The Sharpal double sided stones on Amazon are awesome. I got the 220/600 grit and it seems to do everything I need.

I have a worksharp tri grit stone, has 300, 600, and a ceramic stone for user knives.
