For the time period, Emerson logo was not on the pocket clips and the screw placement is correct in that the g-10 handle screwed directly into the titanium liners. The blade should be chisel ground on one side on the secondary bevel but it looks like someone ground the other side (locking side). I don’t know if that’s rust on the liners or just dirt but the liners should be titanium which shouldn’t be rusted. Hardware should be Philips or flat head and not Torx unless it was replaced. Looking closer, the pocket clip should be black oxide and that looks like cheap paint.
Just based on the other knives on the table I wanna lean towards clone/fake especially with all the hardware is raising red flags but someone could genuinely have replaced the hardware but that seems like too much work for a legit knife.
