First try using Rit dye on G10. I used about 3 cups of water, 1 bottle of Peacock Green Dyemore and about 1/2 a bottle of Sapphire Blue Dyemore, submerged for around an hour and a half on a low simmer, checking pretty frequently. Turned out pretty close to what I was going for. I think a white G10 would have turned out better or at least more of a solid color just because I think the translucent qualities of the natural G10 give it that murky look but honestly I dont mind; now I’m kind of thinking of adding brass or copper hardware to the show side as well. I tried to get pics in different lighting to show how it looks a little different in each.
