I find myself really getting into the "plain" or sometimes called "boring" style of pocket knives now. Basically a simple titanium framelock. I wanna know from yall what recommendations you have on the specifications and examples listed below.

3 examples I currently own:

Kizer wmk exclusive T1 (not a framelock)

Spyderco Spydiechef

Kunwu Tao iii

Kubey Tityus

I seem to be interested in wide blade profiles, which are amazing for cutting and slicing tasks. and the Scales or frames themselves tend to be wide and uniform to the blade as well.

I have my eye on the Kunwu Gringo, a couple of the other TAO versions, Excalibur, Pulsar and Knives like the Chaves Redención. I also remember the Kizer Gemini as a good looking plain knife.

something about the poonPadre just doesn't call me. its mainly the handle shape. the fact that it curves and becomes narrow towards the tail end is what throws it for me.

Chavez 229, Kickstop or otherwise, sound like they’d be right up your alley.

Kansept Bulldozer, Maxace meerkat, hinderer eklipse, Arcform Slimfoot/Theory, EMP Nymble, Tuya wrath/shocker just to name a few of my highest recommended.

The Chavez can be a little overbuilt for some people so unless you know you like BIG knives, I would rethink that option. A Rosie is much better for smaller hands.

I love my pulsar and it is easier to EDC than my gringo because it is not as beefy. The regular Padre is way better than the poon btw good call

Have you heard of Quiet Carry? They make a lot of stuff that would probably be right up your alley.

    Vosteed Xeno, Thunderbeast, or NIP-L
TRM Neutron 2, Bulldog rev B

  5. Kravashera

Monterey Bay Knives Old Guard. For that matter, a lot of the MBK stuff might fit the bill.
