Ordered a second Manix 2 lightweight from a third party seller on Amazon. Got sent this nearly identical looking one. I marked the “fake” knife in red. It was advertised as the exact same knife I already own.

What do you think. Is this a common scheme?

    Yeah I’d say so. Blade finish is wrong and matches the cheap clones of the internet. Also the fakes are pinned where the reals are not at least these newer ones.

    It screams fake by the blade finish and foggy font. The scales look good but the hardware is different

    That sharpening is too consistent be real. 🤣 but yea I think it’s a counterfeit

    The rivets on the scales is a pretty good indicator as well

    It’s fake bud. The screaming tell fo me is the spyders “nose”. It’s supposed to look like a triangle with a notch. Like their Sharpmaker stones. Your other on is a perfect example
