Last week I was at Decathlon to shop for some late night bike parts. And I saw a bucket bin of this donuts rubber thing. There was 3 levels – soft, medium, hard. I squished all! I bought the red/hard option.
Amazing fidget toy / stress reliever. Added bonus: Improves grips strength. And possibly has benefits upstream like elbow health. (I have a broken radius bone – so it always bothers me)
