i have had this happen multiple times and when it has happened it’s only caused by a little bit a force. like getting snagged on my pants and sliding into my pocket but the tip snagged the edge of my pocket.
i’ve never experienced this with any other knife brand or knife, i love WE and the banter 2 but come on.

It’s pretty common, it can can get caught on seatbelts & etc. Especially with the clips that raise/curve up at the end like yours.
Edit: get the $13 civivi Ti clip, it’s much stiffer and no duck bill.
This happened to my sencut skarnax 2 days after I bought it lol. These shitty steel and aluminum clips snag onto absolutely anything they can, and then they’re fucked after that. Ti or no clip from now on out for me.
