This knife is beautiful! I'm glad I was tenacious about it, because it looks and feels great! I'm really happy with it. Shout out to BHQ for some excellent customer service as well! I wanted to post here to give them some recognition.

A brief storytime for those interested: this knife has been hard to stock. I missed the initial stock, and for days afterwards I couldn't find it anymore. I emailed BHQ asking about it being restocked, and a few days later I got an email from BHQ saying that there were 6 in stock if I hurried. Nice touch! It sold out within the hour.

When it arrived, the wrong knife was in the Wharning box. I was in a terrible mood at the time (yay tax day) and my mind went to the worst: I missed out the 2nd stock and now more waiting, BHQ isn't going to believe me that I didn't switch out the knife, etc. So I created a post about the situation, and I kind of regret it. I was mainly trying to get advice on the situation, not trying to spread negativity.

I shouldn't have worried. BHQ customer support contacted me first thing in the morning, and the BHQ Reddit account (didn't know that was a thing!) also found my post to give me an update that they found an extra Wharning and 2nd day air'd to me and told me to return the shipping error whenever. Awesome.

TLDR: BHQ is a great company and will take care of you. Order with confidence!
