

I've recently bought Tenable Fenrir with orange coated nitro-v blade. It's my first knife with color coating (I wanted to have at least one in my collection and I wanted to buy Fenrir, so once I get this combo in good price, I couldn't resist).
I understand, that hard use of this knife quickly adds scratches on the coating but kitchen tasks with fruits and vegetables should be OK, right? Do you have knives with color coating in your collection and what is your experience and recommendations – what can be done by such knives and what to avoid?
