Why does the Vapcell S4+ excessively heat up cells during discharge, when other chargers don’t?

I always had this happen when discharging cells on the Vapcell S4+. I recently got the SkyRC MC3000 and they cells are a lot colder in comparison.

In the picture, both cells have been discharging at 1A for 1.5 hours.
