Love my Vulcan Knives fixies! Left is a tanto cleaver from Vulcan, the jimping and machining on the blade accommodates a pinch choke-up and feels so controllable for fine cutting. Right is a Off-Grid Knives scorpion v3, on the larger side and I love its snappy action. Both magnacut.
