3 Years of EDC Trial and Error: Here’s My Updated Pocket Carry + Pouch + Sling Set Up

After three years of reading EDC posts and buying way too many pouches, I think I've finally landed on something that actually works for me.

My goal was a tiered modular system:

Bare essentials stay in my pockets, a dedicated fix-it pouch handles repairs, and the TomToc T33 covers the longer days when I need tech, hygiene stuff, and weather gear.

Took a lot of swaps to get here. But the rule was simple: if I didn’t reach for it in three months, or if I could find something smaller that does it better, it was cut.
