


Just got this today. The Kunwu Gringo Verta Lock. And TBF, I haven't tried the Excalibur, but most of the others.
The harpoon blade looks great and the jimping above the flipper hole is perfect. Reminds me of the MTK Stitch… it feels a lot like the Stitch!
The Verta Lock is much smoother/easier/safer to operate than the frame lock or the XT (cross-bar) Lock.
Their DLC blades look AMAZING, and I've read how incredible it is against scratches, but you can't breathe on them without getting smudges, the satin is much better against that.
And, while not indestructible, their Carbon Fiber is more comfortable to me than the titanium. It's smooth but has grip. Obviously lighter too.
I still have the Pulsar XL in the other pics and will probably put it up on knife swap soon (as soon as I figure out how that sub works).

How’s the detent and action compared to their
frame locks? Which other Kunwu’s have you had besides the Verta Gringo and Pulsar XL?
