I was charging three batteries in my xtar vc4s and returned to find the input port had melted. It seems to have blown a fuse inside my desktop Anker charging station as neither of the two USB ports will function anymore. It also discharged my cells to around 2.5 volts each. Has anyone had any luck getting xtar to cover damaged items?

It’s such an old charger that I would not recommend even bothering with a warranty replacement, get something that supports USB-PD instead of QC
