I got two 26650 cells from a seller recommended here, they were shipped in a plastic box in a plastic bag – no protection – and arrived with small cracks in the wrap. The wrap integrity is ok, it's not falling apart and I don't think the insulting disk will fall out. They're charging fine too, will they be ok with just some electrical tape?
