Blade length: 23.5cm. / 9.2 inches.
Sharp blade length: 22.5cm/ 8.8 inches.
Blade with(withest point): 5.5cm / 2.1 inches.
Handle length: 12.5cm / 4.9 inches.
Overall length: 35cm / 14.1 inches.
I made this by cutting down a much larger 18-inch machete. To make it easier to transport.
I gave it a goat-foot style tip to make it safer to use around other people and so that it doesn't look too menacing.
IĀ“ve been told it looks ugly, and that without a sharp pointed tip is not as useful.
But what do you guys think? What advantages and disadvantages does this design have?
