What do you mean?
I dont expect stores to always stock an extra 50 of each flashlight in the back. Shortages like this aren’t a bad economy it’s a short-sighted group of consumers who don’t (or can’t financially) plan ahead.
I think just a normal reaction to a potential weather emergency and this what has always happened.
