All the flashlights I've collected with blue emitters in the following order, left to right.

S7 with CSLNM1.14 aka w1 blue

C8+ GT blue

DM11 w2 blue

D3AA XP-E cyan

DA1K e17a azure

The two Convoys were purchased with aesthetic options, mainly as test beds to see if I could install the lighted tail switches buttons myself. I'm going to be extra descriptive for u/highspeed_steel, our non-sighted flashlight collecting friend.

The sleek silver stainless S7 produced the deepest blue, very close to ultraviolet. It's also a huge heckin' chonk of steel. It looks very futuristic with this particular blue lighted metal switch configuration. A veritable lightsaber.

The C8+ I purchased specifically to try out the Getian blue emitter. It produces a very similar shade to W2 blue, but uses an 8 amp driver vs 5 amp like in the w1, producing a 60% brighter beam. In this almost chalky micro-arc oxidation finish with the blue lighted button, this is a veritable Frost Sceptre. It is a torch emitting a blue flame with a glowing sapphire on the end of the handle.

The DM11 is also in MAO with a blue button, but it's beam is controlled by the huge TIR optic. The small blue hotspot with virtually no spill is downright otherworldly. It also resembles something more futuristic than ancient, a technology from an unknown time.

The D3aa is black aluminum with the cyan ring switch was another test bed of aesthetics. XP-E Cyan produces a heavenly color I would compare most to the sky on a clear day.

The DA1K also in cold black aluminum produces an aquatic color that reminds me of a sunbeam piercing through the crest of an oceans wave.

I believe there's one other 460NM XP-E blue emitter I might have to acquire, but I don't miss it's absence. If anyone has it they are welcome to post it since I couldn't find any images.
