My Armytek Wizard C2 Pro Max survived a pretty rough bashing on concrete last weekend. I was trying to dust off my jacket as I took it out of the back of the car before stepping on to the trail and unfortunately the Wizard was in my hands when I gave the jacket a violent shake. It slipped out of my hands and smashed pretty hard on the concrete parking lot. You can see it chipped the anodizing pretty bad at the bottom in the 2nd picture.
I thought it was a goner, with how hard the impact was. I kicked myself for doing it but when I picked it up and turned it on, everything was copacetic, apart from the chip. I did get turbo’ed in the face while checking the lens (it memorizes turbo), but i’ll take that knowing it still works just fine after a nasty blow.
