Traveling in Denver and ran across local store that specializes in kitchen cutlery, and mainly Japanese. Ended up leaving with the nicest kitchen knife I’ve owned. I realized I have a number of nice pocket knives, but nothing in the kitchen which I use all the time anyway. Picked up this Tsunehisa Nami Damascus Kiritsuke in AUS-10.
Great experience at this shop btw. They asked me a few questions on what I was looking for, let me handle multiple knives, etc. until I found one I really liked. Learning a little about where some of the knives were made was also cool. Carbon Knife Co in Denver, and saw several people speak on them here on Reddit before I went.
