Didn’t really need to chase this one but thought it was a good example.
As a machinist, I use the UV setting for multiple purposes. One of the most surprisingly useful ones was oil. Chasing oil leaks, oil distribution and coverage and I’d even like to figure out what oils glow differently. I think some greases or oils glow green and others purple. Could help with identifying substances in the 100 year old, obsolete machines we are contracted to rebuild.
