So here’s my collection so far,
I started my knife journey with my buck sprinter that I got on my first deployment back in 2019. And instantly became a knife guy. Became a buck simp and bought multiple following that. Then I found this sub and the benchmade sub and started branching out. And I had a discovery……
I prefer cheaper ish knives. Like civivi. I have fallen head over heals. For 40-50 bucks for each of them!?! Out the box smooth af. (I bought skiff bearings and feel like it made some worse some better? Don’t fix what ain’t broke!) but anways… out the box they are just butter. Cheap enough I want to carry and don’t care what I use them for. Because hell it’s 50 bucks! My others I just want to baby and feel like they are show pieces….. making me feel like they weren’t worth the money. But I still love them.
The one exception that I daily carry and can completely justify the price? The smock……. Flipper with a button lock? Favorite pairing by far….
