It’s Catalan. It’s a multitool from a ski school.
Also, it’s a generic design sold just about everywhere (and super common in the advertising premiums market). What’s unusual about yours though is that it does not have a flashlight–and the triangle screws. I know I have at least 2-3 of these stashed, and every one of them is assembled with Phillips.
