Part Two of my previous post. This is not my original idea but I forget where I first saw it.
The Powerpint, once broken in, could open in your pocket. I crazy glued a small round magnet to keep it closed. It does not affect closing the tool to hold the bits.

Wow i didnt thought of this. I used to put magnets in my SOG on the side of the plier head but didnt think i could use it for retention. Did you put adhesive on the magnet here? Or you can just leave it there using magnetic force?
Would jb weld be an option? Crazy isn’t crazy enough sometimes

That’s a good idea. I need those thumb studs also! Where did you get them?
That’s awesome! I fixed that by tightening the bolts at the pliers end.
