Recently I bought this kind of multitool from Aliexpress, because I need something cheap that I can destroy in everyday work on site. So let’s see my first impressions, since I don’t see this kind of tool very often here.
Photo 1 – packaging is quite good for Chinese goods. You get decent box with some kind of user manual that even have a warranty card in the bottom.
Photo 2 – Compared to Wave+, the blade is longer, which suits well my needs. Overall material quality is cheap, but factory sharpening of the knife is excellent for now.
Photo 3 – Scissors is a big plus, they are well made, big and sharp. There’s no play in them, so they’ll be my main tool.
Photo 4 – There’s some kind of file, one directional on one side, and two directional (like on Wave+) on the other. Pretty unusable, but may come handy in some minor situations with some minor grinding of soft materials…
Photo 5 – Phillips screwdriver just looks poorly forged, but I tried it and it works like a charm. Not useful for me personally, but may come handy.
Photo 6 – Awl made from thin sheet steel, can be bent which is downside, but the tip is sharp. Bottle opener with wire stripper and flat srewdriver is well made, stripper is sharper than Wave+ one. The flat screwdriver have much sharper angle so it can be used as a scraper, because there’s not even a slight radius of rounding like on any SAKs screwdriver tip, so you can scrape something off easily. Can opener is totally useless, just a pressed piece from sheet metal, not sharp at all… I don’t even use it.
Photo 7 – The thickness of the said tools, not reallx satisfactory, but it is what it is… There’s laser engraved cm and inch scale, which is precise. The finish is not so well, but what else to expect from $15 Chinese multitool?! The pocket clip holds well, but is made from thin steel, so it will probably break at some moment. The Phillips locks at 90° and 180° so it’s still better than Gerbers locking system.
I’m quite satisfied with it, nothing special, but handy everyday tool for $15 which I don’t mind loosing or breaking.

I got one but found some of the tools nearly impossible to get out. I wanted to like it but ended up with the Powerpint which I like more. I may go back with a Dremel and make some of tools easier to get at.
