I had gone into REI yesterday to check out the mini Bugout, only to find the orange model on clearance for $114 (!!!). Then I noticed the 945 also on clearance for $153, which is what I had intended to pay for the Bugout.
I never liked the Grivory scales on the Bugouts and was planning to replace them anyway, so from a total price perspective the 945 worked. Plus the Reverse Tanto is my favorite blade shape…
