
Felt obligated to post after the customer service experience I had. I’ve owned the MP600 for a while now; recently both of the rivets broke/fell out on a trail ride that I took a good fall on.
Reached out to Gerber with a warranty claim expecting nothing honestly (I’ve owned the knife for a good long while). I didn’t hear anything back for about two+ months (they did advise at least a month back log when submitting) and made a post on this forum seeing if anyone could point me in the direction of a fix.
That same day Gerber reached out asking for an address verification. 2 days later this showed up in the mail.
Aside from the wait, absolutely the most painless customer service experience I’ve had with a warranty claim. Great company to buy from.
