So, found this gem at a pawn shop for a steal. Some damage to the blade though 😖 any idea what I could do to remedy this without destroying the finish?

What is on it? Looks like just oil or something that stained the coating… If it’s a black oxide coating, it could stain easily..
It’s not pitted, and there is no rust corrosion on the bevel… So I’d say yes. The coating will wear with use anyway, so unless it’s a safe queen.. yes.
That’s a really cool blade. I would look into having it cerakoted.
