I have used it for only light duty tasks and taken well care of it. Today I cut some regular cable wire and heard a snap. Luckily I kept the receipt and I’m going to see if they will replace it. I really hope this will get fixed/replaced cuz it is my only multitool and I cant afford a new one.
Was it a defect or is this the quality to expect from Gerber?
